I’m using APA referencing and have two authors with the same surname but different forenames. When I insert them into my document, EndNote puts the initials in as well. How can I change this so only the surname shows? Last Updated: May 18, 2017 Views: 99
This is the standard for APA referencing. You will need to change this within EndNote.
Click on Edit – Output Styles – “Edit APA 6th”. Under Citations on the left choose Author Name and untick the box next to Use initials only for primary authors with the same name. Click Save.
