A book that I have returned is still listed on my library account - what should I do?

If you notice anything that you think isn't right on your library account, or if you are receiving email notifications about a book that you think you have already returned, please contact the Library's Customer Experience team, and we will start a Claimed returned process on your behalf, and will undertake a series of shelf checks. 

You can check which books you have on loan via your account within Library Search.
